16 Feb:

1) Please complete Writing Package (2), due on 21 Feb 2011.

You are to separate all sections according to the "Plot stairs". Please write the Topic Sentence, Supporting Sentences and Concluding Sentence for each section.

14 Feb:

1) Please complete Comprehension Cloze (2), due on 15 Feb 2011.
2) Please revise for Grammar Test 3 conducted on 15 Feb 2011.
    The topic tested will be on "Verbs and Nouns".
3) Please find one Newspaper Article on a Car Accident, due on 17 Feb 2011.

9 Feb:

1) Please complete Synthesis & Transformation (4), due on 10 Feb 2011.

7 Feb:

1) Please complete Comprehension Cloze (1) worksheet, due on 8 Feb 2011.
2) Revise for Grammar Test (2) conducted on 8 Feb 2011.

27 Jan:

Please do the following:

1) Improve on your "Topic Sentences" and "Concluding Sentences".

2) Write and label all your supporting sentences using the "Show not Tell" methods.

    Please refer to your Writing Package for more details on the different types of sentences 
    in "Show not Tell" sentences.

3) Complete all the plot stair elements (All the sections) for your
    Writing Package 1.

All these are due on Monday, 31 Jan 2011.

4) Spelling on the words given in the Vocabulary List will be tested on Monday, 31 Jan 2011.

5) Grammar Test (2) will be on Tuesday, 1 Feb 2011.

26 Jan:

Please be reminded that the Grammar test on "Forms of Verbs" will be held on Tuesday, 25/1/11 too.

Complete the Vocabulary section (2) for question 1-10.

Please look up the dictionary or the web for the meaning of the words before we discuss them in class tomorrow.

Please bring along your Vocabulary Building Book if you have not done so last week.
